Powder lecithins on carrier

Soy and sunflower lecithins can be carried on glucose or wheat. These lecithins are easy to measure out and can be directly added into the dough.

Soy and sunflower lecithins are excellent emulsifiers, have anti-caking properties and are used in bakery products, bakery, wafers, cones, small pastries and pasta.
They are suitable also for instant drinks.
