Defatted flours and textured soy products are obtained from NON-OGM seeds.

Defatted soy flours are particularly suitable for bakery products, pasta, sweets, soups, sauces, fish and meat jelly, and protein supplements.
TSPs are available in three different granulometric sizes and shapes: minced, chunks and steaks (50mm).
Soy protein minced is suitable for meat preparations, such as burgers, meatballs and stuffing; chunks and steaks are used in vegetarian or vegan diets as stew and steaks.
ABS Food defatted flours and textured soy products are particularly suitable for Gluten Free preparations and formulations characterized by a high content of protein.
